The 102nd TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) notice

1. Test date: 19th October 2025 (Sunday)

2. Required documents for registration:

  ㅇ Application Form (attached form)

  ㅇ 2 ID photos (3cm x 4cm)

  ㅇ Registration Fee: TOPIK I - Rs. 6,000, TOPIK II - Rs. 7,000 (Cash Only)

  ㅇ Valid Passport or ID Card in English(Original and Copy)

    * Name on the application form and the passport or ID card must be the same.

    * Only accept English ID CARD

    * Photo should be featured on ID CARD

3. Registration Period: 2025.07.22.- 2025.07.30. (Weekdays 09:00~12:30, 13:30~17:00 ONLY)

  ㅇ We do not accept applications during weekends(Sat & Sun).

  ㅇ We will accept applications until 250 people.(TOPIK 1 : 250, TOPIK 2 : 250)

  ㅇ Admission is on a first-come basis

4. How to make an online reservation

  ㅇ An online reservation is mandatory to submit the applications for the TOPIK Exam.

  ㅇ Online reservation should be done one day prior to the day of the visit.

  ㅇ The online reservation opens weekdays(2025.07.21.- 2025.07.29.) at 14:00 pm - 16:00 pm.

  ㅇ No admission without prior reservation

  ㅇ When making an online reservation, every applicant must enter the personal information of the test applicant 

      (English full name, identification number, contact information, etc.)

  ㅇ When making an online reservation on behalf of an immediate family member, the information of the test applicant should be entered.

  ㅇ After making an online reservation, 

      the applicants visit the Embassy on the designated date & time mentioned on the reservation receipt.

      (Only the applicants with a prior reservation will be allowed to enter the Embassy during the reserved Date & Time)

5. Application submission

  ㅇ Venue: Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Sri Lanka

      (Address: No 98, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7)

  ㅇ Application can be submitted in person by applicants or their immediate family members only.

     - Submit 'Letter of Authorization', a copy of 'English birth or marriage certificate' and 'immediate family's ID Card'

6. Test venue and information

  ㅇ Test Venue: Kelaniya University 

  ㅇ Applicants must carry his/her ID and TOPIK Identification Slip.

       - Should the name on the "Identification document" and the "TOPIK Identification Slip" differ, applicants cannot take the test.

  ㅇ Applicants must enter the test room at least 30 minutes before the Test, and cannot enter thereafter.

  ㅇ Applicants must submit all the prohibited personal belongings (cellphone, camera, etc) to the supervisor before entering the test room.

7.  Announcement of Test Result: 11th December 2025
